At our Islington yoga studio we are passionate about hot yoga and giving our members the chance to achieve strength and flexibility for both mind and body.

At The Yoga Quarter, we are proud to offer unique and beneficial yoga classes for everyone, based on classical Bikram Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates and Yin yoga styles. Our yoga classes are focusing on different aspects of well-being providing a holistic yoga experience for all levels of practice. We truly believe that yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of  previous experiences, age, gender and body shape.

Our North London hot yoga studio is perfectly situated, only 2 minutes walk from Holloway Road Tube Station and with only 7 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington Station on Victoria Line and Overground, de-stressing in a hot yoga class after a long day in the city could not be easier. Our hot yoga classes

INFERNO HOT PILATES – combines HIIT and Pilates principles in a heated setting. It is a low-impact high-intensity workout and is good for developing the core. It helps you get stronger and leaner.

BIKRAM HOT YOGA – our traditional Bikram practice is our hottest class, at 42°C temperature and at least 40% humidity – ideal to build overall strength, stamina and mental discipline. The sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises is always the same so it is easy to follow for beginners.

YOGASANA – An invigorating vinyasa flow that blends physical intensity with spiritual depth. This high-energy class features music, hands-on adjustments, and a focus on breath-coordinated movement, stimulating your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Expect an upbeat, fun experience with euphoric moments, leaving you rejuvenated, energized, and connected to your inner self.

HIPPY THERAPY – This class focuses on improving hip strength and flexibility, helping ease pressure on the lower back and knees. Perfect for enhancing mobility, it’s therapeutic for those who sit often or engage in activities like cycling, running, or heavy lifting.

VINYASA – based on Vinyasa yoga these are a great mix of stretching, strengthening and balance work. Depending on your confidence you can go dynamic or open!

YIN – our slowest class aimed at stretching – ideal for winding down at the end of the day or weekend offering deep relaxation and meditation.

WARM BARRE – This class combines ballet-inspired movements with yoga and Pilates principles in a gently heated studio. The warmth helps improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and support muscle engagement. Through small, controlled exercises, you’ll build strength, improve posture, and sculpt lean, toned muscles while enjoying a low-impact, high-intensity workout.

The Yoga Quarter is a brilliant studio, always welcoming, a perfect place to practice for new and experienced yogis. The always helpful and smiling staff + teachers make the atmosphere special. The timetable is perfect, lots of classes to choose from. Location is very convenient, TYQ is situated close to transport links. Clean and bright hot room with rubber flooring. Easy to get addicted to Bikram Yoga here:) I would highly recommend to anyone to come and try!

I have been “around the block” when it comes down to Bikram studios both in London and Canada. I can say without a doubt that this is the best studio I have ever practiced in. The heat is perfect, the teachers are absolutely amazing for lack of better word. Never had a class where the teacher was not passionate, enthusiastic, happy to teach and determine for you to have a good class. The staff ALWAYS welcomes you with the smile. And lastly the fellow students are great. Here people support each other , smile to each other before and during the class. So if like me you love Bikram do come to this studio.

I have practiced Bikram yoga at many different studios but TYQ really stand outs from the crowd. With amazing teachers, friendly staff and regular deals this studio has it all. It is a great size and is always clean which really makes a difference when you practice regularly. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who loves Bikram – They have regular classes and its right round the corner from the station so there’s no excuse! 10/10

Lovely Bikram yoga studio located on the ground floor of a quiet residential area just off Holloway road, lots of natural light and fresh air coming in from the nice big windows. Friendly and competent staff at reception, great teachers and good sense of community between the students. Last but not least lovely Japanese restaurant nearby. This is probably one of my favourite yoga studio in town!

This is my favourite yoga studio in London. Conveniently located near Highbury and Islington and Holloway Road Underground station. It is huge, very clean indeed and and has the best Bikram Hot Yoga teachers. All of them have their own unique style and personality. This studio was an amazing discovery! Being a Bikram addict, I’ve tried pretty much every Bikram studio (north of the river of course), and can easily say TYQ is the best!! Super clean, large space, friendly staff, good sized changing rooms and showers, and plenty of class times to suit, with more being added! Bravo to the Yoga Quarter crew!

I started Bikram yoga after suffering a serious knee injury and, after trying a few studios, I decided to stick with The Yoga Quarter as the teachers are great and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and the yoga itself has massively helped my knee pain! I just wish I had more time to be able to go even more often!
