Cancel, freeze or extend your membership

If you wish to cancel your membership please follow the instructions below.

You can end your membership renewal anytime (unless minimum commitment applies) and you will be able to use the remainder of your existing month so please don’t leave your membership cancellation until the last minute.

We take suspensions only via email so please allow up to 72 hours to process as it is a manual process.

Please remember that your membership offers perks such as:

• a free mat rental
• a free guest pass every month
• a price guarantee – your membership fees will not raise during the contract
• unlimited hot yoga classes
• one free freeze for up to 30 days per calendar year

One free freeze per calendar year is allowed (Hot U and Hot U with 4 month commitment ONLY).

Otherwise the administration fee is £25. You can freeze your membership for up to 30 days without losing the benefits of your existing deal.

Class cards can only be frozen for medical reasons (proof required). 

To freeze your membership, email us 72 hours before the freeze date. Please note that freeze cannot be backdated.

You can extend your class cards for £25 per month (from expiration date). To reactivate your class card, make sure you have a valid card on your file/account and email us to make the purchase.
